All prescription medications supplied through our pharmacy require a valid prescription issued by one of our authorised prescribers. Prescriptions are only issued following a thorough clinical assessment of your submitted health questionnaire and, where required, supporting medical information.
We do not issue prescriptions automatically. Our clinical team reserves the right to decline, request further information, or refer you to your GP if deemed clinically appropriate. Prescriptions remain the property of the pharmacy and are subject to regulatory record-keeping requirements.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history before each order. Providing false or incomplete medical information is a serious matter and may put your health at risk.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be processed upon submission of your order. If your prescription is subsequently declined by our pharmacist following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days. We do not charge for clinical assessments where a prescription is not issued.
Orders that are approved and dispensed by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is carried out via tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your delivery is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the courier.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist by contacting us directly. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and your medication has been prepared or dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety guidelines. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
